For myself, I have been quite around the world working in Spain for the Hotel Risco***, located in Laredo. In Switzerland at the Restaurant du Parc des Eaux-Vives, Geneva, a two Michelin stars establishment. In Peru, at the Miraflores Cesar's Hotel *****, at the Hotel Las Americas *****, at the Lima Sheraton Hotel & Towers*****, at the Hotel Crillon *****, and finally at the Hotel Oro Verde***** (now named Swisshotel Lima).

The hostel, opened on December 3rd, 1999, just for the night of the millennium, has been running offering rooms, breakfast and laundry only for two and a half years, after which we did enhance and complete the services to become a full service hotel in August 2002.
